Dear Jacky and Family, My first thoughts are to write about your music! The 1st song I heard you bellow was "Black Velvet", it wqas 21st July 2000, (my birthday). I had seen you a few times before, when I was working in the Six Bells, but hearing you sing was awe inspiring!! We then went on to have a great friendship - Weston - What - Super - bloody - night - Mare. Oh the memories we have there. It was then you named me "Hollow Legs"!! It was also a place where I saw many a tear streaked face when I saw you sing Whitney's "I Will Always Love you". If we go to my Chelsey-Rose, she has always had such high regard for you and she never missed an opportunity to see you sing if I was attending your gigs, even in full Cadet uniform down the Globe, but one of her first hearings of you was don't know the title, but it had the line "Shake it like a tail feather", she always mimicked you as though you were talking out of your bum - lol. That was the Five Card Stud days!! Even now you are in my mobile as Five Card. Aside from that, mine and Roxies favourite: Janice Joplin - Take Another Piece.
